10 Years of Gratitude
It has been 10 years, I can hardly believe it…. Ten years since I purchased what we now call Varsity Vacuums, A Clean Living Boutique! I remember the day we came over to look at the building. It was gray inside and had gold carpet with risers at both ends of the show room. In those days we were strictly a vacuum sales, supplies and repair shop. Don’t get me wrong. I was grateful that I was going to have the opportunity to have my own business and that it had a great reputation in our community. The show room was shall we say, just a little wilted. It needed a fresh coat of paint and a fresh outlook for the future.
New Avenues
We slowly began to make changes and move a few things around to make way for new color and new floor covering. Today the risers are gone and new shelving and fixtures house an assortment of products to clean hard surface floors, carpet, the air and even your laundry. Becoming a member of the VDTA opened up a whole new avenue of cleaning for our customers and helped us learn about new developments in technology. I have also enjoyed the opportunity to meet personally with our vendors and other business owners from all across the country. This new avenue has become a major throughfare for our business giving us multiple opportunities to provide better products and service for our customers.

We appreciate our customers and hope that we are finding solutions that will help you enjoy a clean and healthy home. We know that you are the lifeline of our business and it is our goal to serve you to the best of our ability.
Clean Living
This coming year we hope to add a registry for new home owners. We want to help them be able to begin housekeeping with quality products that last, and give them better service now and in the years to come.
