Service & Repairs

• We provide service and repairs for both vacuums and sewing machines.
• Our minimum bench fee is $29.99.
• We require a $30 deposit for all brands that we do not sell. 
• We do not guarantee same day service, you will most likely need to leave your machine for work to be done.
• When bringing a large model embroidery machine, please call for an appointment and to make sure we have staff for moving your machine.  
• No deposit is required if you purchased your machine from us. 
• Not all warranties cover labor charges.  All parts should be covered under warranty if applicable.
